|
AIM Explain the purpose and objectives of their proposed helpline,
carry out a SWOT analysis, and make an informed decision on its
viability. Identify issues to consider when drawing up a budget for the
running costs of their service, and consider options on how to meet
those costs. Decide what services will be provided and how best to provide them. Manage all staffing processes necessary to run a helpline
effectively. Develop appropriate policies and procedures for a helpline. The course is a one day course.
