On-site courses are designed to allow a group of helpline workers from the same organisation to address their specific training needs. They will be delivered at your premises and they prove most cost effective when there are a number of individuals needing training at the same time. We are happy to train groups up to a maximum of 14 people.

The prices in the fee grid are for on-site versions of our standard open courses, but we can also consider requests for other topics to be covered (however this may involve additional development costs). 

We also welcome requests for on-site training from a number of different organisations in one locality (up to a maximum 14 participants). We have trainers based in London, Glasgow and Belfast who can travel to you anywhere in the UK or Ireland.
