AIM
This introductory course will enable participants to explore the role
of evaluation and monitoring within a helpline setting. It will look at
devising suitable evaluation questions and performance indicators, and
will also consider managing change and overcoming resistance.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
The course is for helpline managers or co-ordinators of existing or
new services.
By the end of the course participants will have:

Gained clarity about monitoring and evaluation.

Gained an understanding of the practical context of monitoring and
evaluation.

Gained an understanding of how to apply the knowledge to a service.

Explored strategies for managing change and overcoming resistance.
