Please use the tables displayed to calculate the correct fee for
your organisation. The prices quoted exclude VAT. If you are unsure if
you are a THA member, or would like to join, please contact us on 0845
120 3767 or 020 7089 6321 to discuss or complete the membership request form.
VAT
Please add VAT at the rate of 17.5% to all total prices.
How to book a place
Please,
complete the booking form or you can print it off and send it to
THA with a cheque for the course fees. Once we have received
your booking form, we will send a confirmation letter with details of
the course and venue. We endeavour to ensure that all of our training
venues are fully accessible but please use the booking form to let us
know of any special needs or dietary requirements. Please inform us
immediately if there are any problems or if you have not received
confirmation two weeks before the course commences. We now accept telephone
bookings on 0845 120 3767 or 020 7089 6321.
Cancellation policy
We will accept written cancellations of confirmed bookings up to ten
working days before the course commences. Verbal cancellations
cannot be accepted. The fee paid will be reimbursed less a £10.00
administration charge or held as a credit for a future course. No
refunds will be made for bookings cancelled less than ten working days
before the start of the course.
Please note that if you ask to be transferred onto another course
within 10 working days of the course date, you will be charged an
administration fee of 25% of course fees. Courses are subject to
cancellation if there are less than eight participants booked onto the
course. Participants will be offered alternative courses, credits or a
refund.
