To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we have
introduced a new Personal Development Award for helpline workers. Just
attend Levels 1, 2 & 3 in a 12 month period and you will receive a
special certificate in recognition of your development. Attend a
refresher course or other THA course once a year and the certificate will be renewed. Its as
simple as that.
