We are delighted to announce that THA’s conference and AGM will be held on Friday 15th December at the BT Centre, Newgate Street, London EC1V. THA would like to thank BT for their continued support for our Annual Conference and Awards. The programme for the day will include keynote speakers, THA’s AGM plus the BT/THA Helpline Awards Ceremony (more information about the Awards is enclosed). We are also offering free half-hour mini-consultancies which have been a huge hit in previous years. The THA Conference AGM promises to be your best opportunity for networking with other helpline managers this year! The Conference AGM is open to Full Voting THA Members and THA Associates, although only Full Voting THA members may vote, stand or nominate for the Executive Committee. The conference is absolutely free to attend, and a buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided. Unfortunately THA is not able to pay delegates’ travelling expenses. Full papers including booking details will be sent by post to all paid-up THA members shortly.
