TRAINING
We are able to offer paid or volunteer helpline workers/managers the opportunity to enhance their existing
skills and to develop new ones. Our training courses are designed
specifically for the sector, and as we continually develop our own
membership base, we are able to cover an ever expanding range of issues.

HELPDESK
Members, and others, can
contact the THA Helpdesk during office hours with
enquiries relating to the provision of helpline services. We can send
out sample policy packs, put you in touch with other helplines working
in the same field or give basic guidelines for your service.

LEGISLATION &
REGULATION
Keep up to date with the legislative and regulatory issues affecting
helpline services here.
MAILINGS
If you want to access the
helpline sector, we can do this by providing a mailing service to all
helplines in THA membership (over 400) or all those listed in the
Telephone Helplines Directory (over 1,000).
