We can offer you a range of services to suit your needs and budget.

CONSULTANCY AND EVALUATION
Whether you are considering setting up a helpline and need expert advice on the best mechanisms to do this, are developing or expanding an existing service, or are considering undertaking a review of your service, THA consultancy will be able to offer you cost effective, viable solutions to your problems. 

We have worked with voluntary and statutory organisations from small local agencies through to large national services.

TRAINING
We are able to offer paid or volunteer helpline workers/managers the opportunity to enhance their existing skills and to develop new ones. Our training courses are designed specifically for the sector, and as we continually develop our own membership base, we are able to cover an ever expanding range of issues.

HELPDESK
Members, and others, can contact the THA Helpdesk during office hours with enquiries relating to the provision of helpline services. We can send out sample policy packs, put you in touch with other helplines working in the same field or give basic guidelines for your service.   Phone us on 0845 120 3767 (will cost no more than 4 pence per minute from a BT landline; calls made from mobiles usually cost more) or email us at: info@helplines.org.uk

LEGISLATION & REGULATION
Keep up to date with the legislative and regulatory issues affecting helpline services here.

MAILINGS
If you want to access the helpline sector, we can do this by providing a mailing service to all helplines in THA membership (over 400) or all those listed in the Telephone Helplines Directory (over 1,000).
