Exchange is the newsletter of the Telephone Helplines
Association and is
published three times per year.
It allows us regular communication with
THA members and others interested in helpline issues. It informs
on new legislation affecting helplines, THA developments of interest to
members, useful services and reports on other issues affecting helplines.
Exchange also features regular Member Profiles and articles from outside
agencies such as the British Association of Counselling and telephone
technology companies. We have a letters column, to enable members
to put their view across and articles on issues of interest to
helplines from members are encouraged.
Exchange is free to Members, but as
your organisation will only receive one copy, you may find it useful to
order extra copies so that all your staff/volunteers can be kept
informed. Similarly, if you have a number of branches or offices,
you might like to have extra copies.
