With over 400 members operating in the fields of
health, education
and social welfare across the UK, and holding information in our
directory on over 1000, we know more about helplines, and their unique
problems, than anybody else.
Twice a year THA travels across the UK to provide an opportunity
to network with other helplines in the same professional or
geographical area.
These one day events include:

Interactive workshops focusing on such issues as
Dealing with technology, Quality issues, Supporting Volunteers.

Group discussions on issues affecting helplines,
for example current legislation, calls from mobile phones to
helplines

There is time to find out about the THA and the benefits you would
enjoy as a member of our organisation
THA Local Forums also include presentations from helpline workers on
specific issues, such as undertaking an evaluation or volunteer
management.
