Special FreePhone Tariff Application Process

 


To obtain a Special Freephone Tariff requires the organisation to demonstrate how the service meets the criteria for eligibility:

  • the need for confidentiality

  • that the service is appropriately funded

All applications for a Special Freephone Tariff line are recommended to the Executive Committee, who have ultimate responsibility for accepting helplines into the SFT scheme. The Executive Committee meets on average every 6 weeks.
