The Cost of Membership

Our members range from small helplines with little funding to larger organisations with turnover running to millions of pounds per year. Membership fees are based on the organisation’s ability to pay to allow smaller helplines to benefit equally from our services.

Both Full Voting and Associate Membership fees are banded according to the financial turnover of the organisation.

Organisations in the Euro Zone will be invoiced in Euros. We calculate Euro prices from the prevailing rate on the day of first invoice.

Prices below are shown excluding VAT, currently charged at 15% in the UK. We do not charge VAT on membership fees to organisations outside the UK.
