The Telephone Helplines Association (THA) is the umbrella organisation for voluntary sector helplines. We work with helplines to ensure the highest quality response for callers seeking information, advice and help via the telephone. Joining the THA entitles you to a range of benefits and allows you to access the support and information provided by the THA’s Helpdesk. You will enjoy the benefit of the THA’s extensive experience in working with hundreds of helplines, both nationally and internationally. You will also have the opportunity to network with other helplines and organisations around the country at THA events.
