onsite THA training in Edinburgh - would you like to join us?

Hi Everyone,

I am keen to run onsite THA training days here in the new Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland head office in Edinburgh.  In order to make it cost effective however, we need a minimum of 8 staff being trained at any one time, and I only have 3 nurses needing trained.  I have spoken to Mark at THA and he could send trainers to our office to do 3 consecutive days of training in Essential Telephone Skills, Developing Telephone Skills and Essential Email Skills.  If other helplines have staff needing trained too, and we could team up to make a minimum of 8 trainees, the cost would be similar per person to that of a regular THA training day.  This would be a great opportunity as there is no further THA training being held in Scotland until next year.  Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
