Knowledgebase
Do you have to be a "Full" member to access the knowledgebase?
I could get onto the Knowledgebase page but any topic I clicked on to read about did not open.
I will check back another time and see if the technical glitches have been sorted out.
Best wishes,
Laura Hastings
ust a quick update on this - we have identified the problem and it should work fine now. Do please try accessing the Knowledgebase again.
Thanks all for your feedback. I'm passing it to the web developer and will keep you posted. We are going for a redesign of the knowledgebase and your comments will help us improve it.
Hi Deirdre,
I've finally managed to remember to try to access the knowledgebase from a different machine to rule out there being a problem our end and I definitely still have no links to under knowledgebase on the homepage once I'm signed in. Any ideas?
Best wishes

I can't access the Knowledgebase either. Any tips?
Hi Catherine!
No you don't have to be a Full member, Associates can also access it. You have access to it already from your account. As long as you're signed in. Probably the simplest way in to the knowledgebase is to go to the front page. The column on the far right has direct links to the latest knowledgebase articles - just click on them.
We are still working on the final design of the knowledgebase, so if you have any views on it I would love to hear from you.
Best wishes
Deirdre

Ah, ok, I was going a different way and coming up with no articles.
I'll try that.
Thanks Deirdre
