freephone numbers

Hi

 

I seem to remember that Ofcom were suggesting that traditional 0800 numbers should also be free to mobiles.  Has anyone heard anymore about this, and if this happens were does it leave the THA special freephone numbers that start with 8080 800 and 0808 808
