Mini-Consultancy application form

We can provide 45 minutes support by phone on any aspect of setting up, commissioning, delivering or evaluating a helpline.

Please complete the following form to apply for this.

We will respond within 5 working days with a suggested date and time for the support, which will be within 10 working days of our response. You must confirm this appointment, or suggest an alternative appointment, at least 5 working days before the appointment concerned.

Your questions. Please be as specific as you can about:

  • what your questions are
  • the nature of your helpline
  • the nature of your role
  • any advice you have already received or action you have already taken
  • any financial, legal or other constraints on possible action you can take

Please note that our consultant is unlikely to be an expert in your topic area, so please explain any terminology that you use.
The more clear and specific you are, the more we will be able to help you when we call you.
 

Please give us your availability within the period between 5 and 15 working days after submitting this form, specifying any preferred times. Please note that we are only able to make calls on Mondays to Fridays (excludes Bank Holidays) between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

Fees:
Full voting member £99 + VAT,
Associate / commercial / public sector / international member:  £132 + VAT,
Non-member £165 + VAT

The above figures exclude VAT. Clients in Ireland will be charged the equivalent rate in Euros.

The service is for up to 45 minutes of telephone support only. We will give you a landline telephone number to call us on. The support does not include any written follow-up or face-to-face meetings.

If the scope of your questions is more than we believe can be handled in a 45-minute call, we will ask you to focus on a particular area or to consider a more formal consultancy project. If some or all of your questions are outside the scope of our expertise, we will let you know.

You will be invoiced when the date of the consultancy is agreed. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice.

The full fee is still payable if you cancel the consultancy once the date of the consultancy is agreed, or if you are not available at the agreed time. You may re-schedule the date and time for an additional administration fee of £30 + VAT as long as you contact us to do so before the day that was originally agreed for the consultancy.

If we are unable to make the appointment or need to re-schedule, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we are unable to re-schedule, we will refund or credit your invoice.

The information you provide to us will be treated as commercial in confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone outside THA.
