By joining The Helplines Association you will enjoy the benefit of our extensive experience in working with hundreds of helplines, both nationally and internationally. You will also have the opportunity to network with other helplines and organisations around the country at THA events.
 
Categories of THA membership
 
Full Voting
Being a Full Voting THA member means your helpline meets agreed good practice standards for helplines. Your helpline will be entitled to a our deepest discounts on THA services, plus a range of benefits and special deals for members. You will also be entitled to play a full part in the organisation of THA by voting at our AGM or standing for our Executive Committee. Most importantly, meeting agreed good practice standards means your helpline can display the 'Member of The Helplines Association' kitemark. 
 
Associate
If your helpline doesn't yet meet the THA membership criteria, if your organisation doesn't run a helpline, or if your organisation is a commercial company and you want to support THA's work, you can become a THA Associate. You will be entitled to all the same benefits of membership, other than using the THA members logo and voting/standing for election.
 
Individual Associate
If you are an individual and you wish to support THA's work, you can become an Individual Associate member for only £50+VAT per year. If you just want to stay in touch with the world of helplines, for example job opportunities, you can simply subscribe to our free monthly e-newsletter Digital Exchange.

Supplier Membership
If your company provides goods and services to helplines - such as telephony, office equipment, secure messaging systems or call logging software, our members need to know about you. Contact us now at info@helplines.org.uk to ask about 'Supplier membership' and what we can offer you.
