BT's 'Charities Club' provides special rates on a range of non-geographic numbers, including the THA Special Freephone Tariff. BT also provide Virtual Call Centre services, management statistics, and telephony systems. BT also offers a Community Website Builder service which allows registered UK charities, non-profit making organisations and volunteer-led groups or organisations to build and maintain their own website free of charge.

Call Handling
