THA Conference and Awards 2005 , held in the BT Centre in London on Dec 2^nd , was attended by nearly 100 helpline representatives. The day went very well and we want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who made it on the day. It is your day and a chance for everyone to get together to share ideas and good practice. Special thanks also to all Award Winners, speakers, panellists and presenters who made the day so special. And not forgetting BT, who once again sponsored the event and kindly donated the premises and provided refreshments throughout the day.
