Provide a mental health information service to people contacting the service by letter, phone or email. Offer information, support and understanding on contact, suggesting possible options. Give legal information on mental health issues and can refer to Mind's specialist legal advice service or community legal service if appropriate. Does not provide medial advice or provide ongoing support
