Operate a UK wide telephone helpline for people with an eating disorder, their family, friends and professionals from 08.30 to 20.30 each weekday, on 0845 6341414. The Youth helpline for under 18's can be contacted from 16.00 to 18.30 weekdays, on 0845 6347650

First Steps To Freedom
A registered charity which aims to help in a practical way, people who suffer from phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders, those with general anxiety, panic attacks, anorexia and bulimia. Also help, advice and support for those cares of those with borderline personality disorders
