In partnership with the ICT Hub, the THA has produced a series of free downloadable publications on telephone systems, aimed at voluntary organisations, funders, and telecoms suppliers.
The Good Telephony Guide is aimed at all voluntary sector organisations, not just those who operate telephone helplines, who need help with identifying their telephony requirements, costing and funding telephony and choosing and working with suppliers. It contains an A-Z of products, services and facilities currently available which cover a range of technologies from answerphones to VoIP.
Funding VCO telephony costs is a guidance paper for those who commission and fund voluntary and community organisations.
